Casabella is an “institution” in its Atlanta suburb. Families have shopped there for high end home furnishings, home accessories, clothing, jewelry, and personal accessories for 13 years. When the original owners retired and sold the shop, the new owner Cathy knew the website needed a serious refresh.
When Cathy and I met to strategize together, Cathy shared that her biggest goal was to give visitors all the information they needed to visit she shop, most importantly store hours and directions. Since the stock changes literally daily, Cathy felt that a lot of additional information and images would become dated within 24 hours of adding it to the site. Based on her unique situation, Cathy and I decided that all that was needed was a one page site that would give visitors a glimpse of the goodness inside and provided easy access to store hours and directions.
I photographed the shop myself and worked with a copywriter to craft just enough copy to be descriptive and enticing, but quick to read at a glance. It was a pleasure to work with this amazing client at a shop that I personally have patronized for years.
